Team Photoshoots
Business Team Photos are a set of business headshots for each employer, combined with group images, for example, the board of directors, the HR team etc. These images are for company websites, business cards, press releases, and LinkedIn profiles. The most popular team headshots are for the employee's LinkedIn profile and company LinkedIn page.
A great headshot is the perfect first step to building a great brand that will help your business increase sales or attract investors to your business. Business Team Photos focuses on showcasing your team members' professionalism, friendliness, and competence. Employers should try to maintain consistency across the images of their company and employees.
Why are the Business Team Photos Important?
Most people are prone to generating "first impressions" of other people in just 1/8th of a single second. Have you ever met someone that you instantly either liked or disliked? These first impressions dramatically impact the people who might hire, buy from, or listen to you. These days, most first impressions start online. Potential clients first see your employees on LinkedIn or through PowerPoint presentations. Investors use the company About Us page to learn about company executives. A great business headshot is critical for making an excellent first impression with these people.
What If I'm Not Photogenic or Hate Getting My Photo Taken?
I make it fun and easy because it is not your job to be photogenic and good in front of the photo camera. It's my job as a photographer to guide you through the entire photoshoot.
Before the shoot: I have a consultation with the organiser to discuss the look and feel of the team images. Each employee will receive a comprehensive PDF guideline on preparing for the photoshoot (outfits, colours, makeup and hairstyling tips). We strive to create a fun & stress-free environment for every client. During the photoshoot, I play upbeat music and constantly get feedback from the client to work towards a fantastic headshot that you'll be proud to show online.
At the beginning of your session, we warm up with simple poses. Later, we will work toward some arms-crossed headshots and perhaps a couple of candids. We will close the photoshoot with group poses of different team members, where we will mix and match all previous poses across the group.
How much does this investment cost?
For reference, Team Sessions with Ruxi.photo are competitively priced between CHF 90 to CHF 250 per person based on session type and location. You retain 100% rights to all images taken and one airbrushed photo per person. (Additional are CHF 50/picture). Don't hesitate to contact me directly for a personalised quote.

100% rights to all original photos taken. NO "licensing fees". After your session, we will email you all of the images from your shoot. Private viewing gallery for your new headshots and team photos. This will be emailed within two business days of your session. Take your time and review them at your own pace. One retouched headshot per person delivered within five business days. Additional edited photos are CHF 50/each. If you're in a rush, you can expedite editing to 24 hours (vs five business days) for CHF 90/photo.
